SOCIOS, as the name implies, is an organization founded on the principles of brotherhood, partnership and collaboration. Philosophically, our brotherhood is built on 3 main tenets, reciprocity, which represents the culture of mutual assistance. equality, which offers all members equal representation and access, and solidarity, which fosters unification through education by highlighting our historical resilience, emphasizing our shared ancestral heritage and promoting cultural perseverance through traditionalism. our objective, simply put, is to offer the Puerto Rican diaspora in the United States a brotherhood, one that acts as a cohesive component that unifies our communities through cultural enlightenment, blood heritage and a shared cultural identity.
